The unbelievably creative team from One Eighteen in Los Angeles has created an edgy and sophisticated name and logo for OPaL's latest project in Montgomery County. 39 Up, named for the Latitude of the site, “up” refers to North in the latitude. The navy blue '39' reflects the traditional side of the National Capital Region. While the tangerine 'Up' echos the unconventional style of the buyers we expect will appreciate the contemporary homes OPaL plans to build on the site.
Located at the entrance to the Westfield Wheaton Shopping Mall and just blocks from the Wheaton Metro who could ask for anything more convenient?
