O! But Wait, There's More - Unit at the Obie

We have save the best for last - our largest flat at The Obie. It's a hard choice, however, fan favorite, Unit 1, shown below. In shades of navy, white, taupes and grey, this could make a perfect home.

Gettin Ready for Happy Hour on O! Street

This week our marketing team completed our ads for The City Paper, The Blade and social media. (Have I mentioned we have over 20,000 followers on Instagram?? That's so crazy....we're kinda like influencer, I guess). Our ad agency, copy writers, photographers and graphic designers are some of the most creative people I have ever met; what's more - they 100% get OPaL. They really know who OPaL is and with that, they produce terrific materials for us.

If you have time this Thursday, April 7th from 5-7pm, please stop by our new model homes on O! Street. You, your spouse (or partner) and your friends are welcome to enjoy some wine, light nibbles (from a local eatery) and of course tour our 2 new, fabulous model homes.

With a total of 4 townhomes delivering throughout this year on O! Street, we had 
banners made that depict each floor-plan for everyone to ponder.

as well as the City Paper.

Moving on up, to a delux apartment, in the sky (need to be a child of the 70's to get that reference). OPaL's penthouse at The Obie is a jewel box:: an owner's suite with a wall of glass opening to a Juliet Balcony; a great room with a pitch ceiling and industrial skylight; plus a private roof terrace - which is even better at night. This home is a must see.

raining - this full southern facing room is beaming with natural light. Don't

It's not an OPaL without a cool trim detail, painted in bright white semi-gloss.

There's a glimpse of the skylight. And all that sunshine.

Floor to ceiling ceramic on every wall + a nifty floor tile.

Sunshade not installed yet, but still a nice space to relax or even work-from-home.
